Tomorrow at 12 noon I start the 24 Hour Playwriting Competition as part of 10 Days of Madness. I have spent today trying to organize my 'bag' for the duration. We are restricted as to what we can bring in so I am trying to be spare. I am hoping for access to copious amounts of Diet Coke, but I may even bring my own just in case. It is complicated because of my schedule on Sunday. I hope to get a few good hours of sleep in the afternoon because I have a Production Meeting at 5 p.m. for The Last Five Years and a Board Meeting for Walterdale at 7 p.m. I have stacked things high this weekend. I don't want to leave my computer(s) in my car overnight so I will have to drive home to get them... maybe I could stash them at Walterdale? Hmmmm...
Anyhow, all this panicked getting-ready combined with rehearsals for Sky has left me without the single sheet of paper that I am able to bring tomorrow. I have an idea for my play and I might just go with nothing written down, but part of me wants to be more prepared going in. At this point I don't know how I will swing it.
