Research - Necessary Evil

Yesterday I read through the material I had pulled for Lockdown Procedures. It is a lot to process and pretty grim stuff. I started the script, but didn't get much done. I know this will likely be a script that changes a lot during the process until I figure out how I want to tell the story. I know I want it to be told through the eyes of the teacher, and I have a few scenes that I can visualize strongly, but I am not sure how it will fit together.
